Evelyn Izquierdo has been an ESL/EFL teacher for more than 22 years. She holds a Master’s degree in EFL and works as an ESP teacher at the School of Education (EE) of Universidad Central de Venezuela (UCV), where she is also a course facilitator at the EFL master program, a member of the EE-Distance Education Committee and an ICT trainer. She is currently an e-Tutor for the British Council, President of AVEALMEC (Venezuela CALL Association) and VenTESOL’s Communications Coordinator. She is a proud Webhead since 2005 and moderates several online communities for EFL teachers.

Miguel Mendoza is an ESP teacher at Universidad Central de Venezuela in the school of librarianship. He holds a Master’s degree in English as a foreign language. He’s a freelance ICT consultant for the British Council in Venezuela. He had the lucky chance to attend some of The Consultants-E courses during mid 2000s. He’s a founder member and current Vicepresident of AVEALMEC (Venezuela CALL Association). He is also a member of IATEFL, Webheads and the iTDi community. Apart from ICT in ELT, Miguel Mendoza is interested in extensive reading and functional diversity or disability. He is a proud introvert so he enjoys a lot being on his own.

Miguel Pérez is an EFL teacher with a passionate interest in Learning Technologies, and the Head Teacher at a language school (MFL Academy) in his home town. He has also been a State Representative for VenTESOL for two years in a row, and he is now taking his Master’s degree in Open and Distance Education at Universidad Nacional Abierta (UNA).

Yuly Asención-Delaney has been teaching Spanish and English for 23 years in Venezuela and the United States. She currently works at Northern Arizona University in the Global Languages and Cultures Department teaching graduate courses of the Master’s program in Teaching Spanish and undergraduate courses in Spanish linguistics and Spanish composition. She holds a Ph. D. degree in Applied Linguistics and her main interests are the acquisition of Spanish and corpus linguistics, second language reading and writing, second language assessment, and the use of technology in second language learning.
